Patients on liquid diet are given feeds every two hours. The set cyclic menu is
followed for all the patients on normal and soft diet. Besides, certain feeds/food
items are either added/curtailed as when required by the patient upon his/her
diagnosis. Accordingly, the changes are made for the patient on therapeutic diets, as
prescribed by the consultants and Dieticians.

MODE OF WORKING
a). All good quality raw material will be used in the kitchen e.g. harvests
Bread, Amul Butter, Mother Dairy milk, Parle or Britannia Biscuits
etc.
b).Food will be served all rooms in Acrylic Crockery.
c).Separate salt and pepper sachets will be given with all the meals.
d). Hospital is authorized to appoint any officer to inspect the raw material
and the food prepared and any point of time.
e). The Kitchen and Cafeteria Managers-cum-Supervisors shall work in
coordination with the Catering Manager and dieticians from the
hospital.

1. Cafeteria Rates can be mutually decided as we proceed further.
2. Subsidized rates shall be provided to the hospital staff. The same can
be decided and mutually agreed upon, as we proceed.
3. Nil Oral patients shall be billed for.
4. The bills of patient’s diet shall be presented on monthly basis and the
hospital is expected to clear the same within 7 days of submission.
5. The organization is bound for minimum one year with an agreement.
6. The hospital will have to pay 20 patients per day. Whether patients
or not. The minimum guarantee has to be given to the hospital.
